Product Description

Drilling polymer CHP ULTRA (powder form) is a readily dispersible polymer additive designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and shale stabilization in freshwater to saltwater drilling fluids ranging from low solids to weighted muds. CHP ULTRA acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer,  while also providing some fluid-loss control.

• Can be used to viscosify clear-water and low-solids drilling fluids

• Helps prevent balling on the bit, stabilizers and bottom hole assembly by coating and lubricating solids

Recommended Treatment

Add CHP ULTRA in concentration of 0.2 to 1.0 kg/m³ to any active system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.
